Product Description
DNA/RNA enzyme-free pure water is MiliQ pure water that is treated with 0.1% DEPC and then sterilized by high temperature and high pressure. It is tested to be free of RNase, DNase and Proteinase. DNA/RNA enzyme-free pure water can be used to dissolve RNA precipitates and various reaction systems containing RNA, such as reverse transcription and annealing of siRNA.
Transportation and storage methods
Transport with ice packs. Store at 4℃. Valid for 1 year. If the amount used each time is small, it can be divided into smaller portions for use.
Precautions
1) For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves when operating.
2) After high temperature and high pressure sterilization, the solution of this product no longer contains DEPC. RNase contamination should be avoided during use.
