Product Description
2×HRbio™ PCR Master Mix (Green) is a ready-to-use conventional PCR premix solution containing Taq DNA Polymerase , dNTP mixture, MgCl 2 and an optimized buffer system. During the reaction, you only need to add primers and templates to start amplification.
The product contains dye, and the PCR product can be directly electrophoresed. This product contains an excellent stabilizer and can be stored at 4°C for 3 months. The PCR product has a 3'-dA overhang and can be easily cloned into a T vector.

【Note 】: Please make sure to mix it thoroughly before use.
a) Template usage : Genomic DNA: 50 - 200 ng; Plasmid DNA: 0.1 - 10 ng.
b) Pre-denaturation time: 2 min for cDNA, 3 min for genomic DNA, and 5 min for yeast;
c) Mg 2+ concentration : This product contains 3 mM MgCl 2 , which is suitable for most PCR reactions.
d) Annealing temperature : Please refer to the theoretical Tm value of the primer. The annealing temperature can be set 2-5℃ lower than the theoretical value of the primer.
e) Extension time : 30 sec/kb is recommended for molecular identification. 60 sec/kb is recommended for gene cloning to ensure the highest product amount.
