Product Description
TAE is Tris acetate -EDTA buffer , which is commonly used in agarose and polyacrylamide nucleic acid electrophoresis experiments. It can be used as electrophoresis and gel preparation buffer. This product is 50 times concentrated TAE, which needs to be diluted with deionized water to 1× TAE working solution when used.
Product composition
1×TAE working solution contains 40 mM Tris-Acetate and 1 mM EDTA, pH 8.3.
Transportation and storage methods
Transport and store at room temperature. Valid for 1 year.

1. If the product precipitates, please place it in a 37°C water bath to dissolve it. It will not affect the use.
