       HRbio ^TM 5min Ready-to-use Blocking Buffer is a protein-free and fast Western Blot blocking buffer that can be used to efficiently and quickly block NC or PVDF membranes after transfer. It can replace traditional blocking buffers such as skimmed milk powder and BSA.

       The entire blocking process takes only 5 minutes, and the blocking effect is equivalent to or better than traditional blocking solutions such as skimmed milk powder and BSA, helping users obtain better WB signal target bands and lower background results. This reagent is a protein-free blocking solution that can effectively prevent cross-reactions between internal components and antibodies. It has a wider range of applicability and is generally suitable for WB detection of conventional antibodies and phosphorylated antibodies.

Storage method:

Store at 4℃, shelf life is 18 months.

How to do it:

1. Place the NC or PVDF membrane after transfer into an appropriate volume of HRbio ^TM  5min ready-to-use blocking buffer (note that the membrane must be completely covered. For a 6.5*8.5cm membrane, a minimum of 20ml is recommended), place it on a horizontal shaker, and incubate it at room temperature for 5 minutes.

2. After blocking, incubate with the primary antibody directly (Note: do not use TBST or PBST for washing in this step, just add the primary antibody and incubate directly, washing will affect the blocking effect), and the subsequent steps of primary antibody incubation can follow the normal experimental process.
