HRbio™ Rapid Transfer Buffer (20×) | HRD0061 | 500mL | 298 |
Features
1. Fast and stable: Conventional transfer can be completed within 30 minutes; the rapid transfer solution (20×) is suitable for conventional laboratory wet transfer systems and can quickly and efficiently complete protein transfer to blotting membranes (NC membranes or PVDF membranes).
2. Safe use: replace the methanol in the conventional transfer solution with anhydrous ethanol to reduce the use of toxic reagents;
3. Easy to use: no need to add ice, transfer the membrane directly at room temperature, and normal transfer solution can be reused twice;
4. Good compatibility: compatible with most protein electrophoresis gels commonly used in the market.
Procedure
1. Prepare the rapid transfer solution (20×) into 1X transfer working solution (preparation example based on 1L working solution):
Stock solution (fast transfer solution 20X) 50ml
Anhydrous ethanol 100ml
Purified water 850ml
After thorough mixing, 1X transfer working solution is obtained.
2. According to the traditional wet transfer method, install the sandwich transfer clip of the gel and membrane, place it in the transfer tank, modulate the power current to 400mA, and adjust the transfer time according to the molecular weight of the transfer target protein according to the following content.
3. Transfer time reference range:
Protein molecular weight (KD) | Transfer time |
≤100 | 20min |
100~150 | 25-30min |
150~200 | 35-45min |
>200 | Need to explore |
Storage conditions
Store at room temperature, shelf life is 12 months.
Precautions
1. If the membrane used for WB is PVDF membrane, it needs to be activated with anhydrous methanol before transfer;
2. When transferring the film of this product, please note that there is no need to add ice cubes to cool it down. It can be stored at room temperature. Transferring the film under low temperature conditions will affect the transfer effect.
