      PBS (phosphate buffered solution) is a phosphate buffer solution that can provide a relatively stable ion environment and pH buffering capacity. It is a buffered salt solution commonly used in biology. It is isotonic with human blood and can be used for molecular cloning and cell culture. The main components are potassium dihydrogen phosphate, disodium hydrogen phosphate, sodium chloride and potassium chloride, with a pH of 7.0-7.2.

      This product is a 1× working solution that has been sterilized and can be used for cell culture.

Transportation and storage methods

Transport at room temperature, store at 4℃ to extend the shelf life of the product. It is recommended to store at low temperature when not in use for a long time. The validity period is 1 year

Precautions

1) When using PBS, special attention should be paid to avoid contamination of the solution by microorganisms.

2) PBS may produce precipitation at low temperatures. If precipitation is found, please place it in a 37°C water bath until it is completely dissolved before use.

3) For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves when operating.
